Life is always better with yummy treats to look forward to. As much as I love Fashion, Art, Music and all things Home Decor, I love cooking more. There is just something neat when it comes to preparing food and getting to eat it and even share with friends and family. The best part of cooking is of course eating! Anyway I always wanted to start a food blog but I thought, I don't have a camera, how will people find the food presentation, will I be able to maintain it? So many thoughts, mostly the fear of failure above everything else. But then I said to myself, why will I be doing it? Because I love to cook. Who will I be doing it for? Me. So those two answers were enough for me to take the plunge and just start! So far I have no regrets and as usual with anything in life, it is a learning process. I learn new things everyday and I am having fun doing what I love. That is enough for me. It is good enough for me. I am not perfect but I am getting better by the day. I love Parfaits and making them is just fun and really takes little time. You can top with whichever snack or Fruit that you like. Yield: 1 Serving
Ingredients
1 Cup Peach Yogurt
1 Packet Cream Biscuits
2 Red Apples
1 Cup Weetabix Cereals
Instructions
-Pour the Peach Yogurt into a tall glass
-Add crushed Cereal flakes onto the Peach Yogurt in the
Glass
-Pour another layer of the Peach Yogurt so you will have
three layers
-Top with the Crushed bite sized Biscuits
-Pour the Peach Yogurt again into the glass, adding another
layer to the dessert
-Next add the Crushed Cereal on top of the Yogurt then add
the cubed Red Apples on top
-Finish it off with another layer of Peach Yogurt. Keep
alternating the layers if your Glass is a bigger size until you end up with the
Peach Yogurt on top
-Garnish the Peach Yogurt Apple Parfait with more Red Apples
on top of the Yogurt
-You can never go wrong with Parfaits, simple yet so
delicate in texture and taste!
-Enjoy!
